The service, start to finish
How it works
Book online, drive to your terminal, and reach the ship in minutes. Whether you walk across, take a short transfer, or hand the keys to a driver, the booking is the same — a dated space, confirmed with a vetted operator before you pay. Here is the whole thing, start to finish.
Three services
Three ways to reach the ship
Every service uses the same gated, patrolled sites we have visited in person. The only difference is that last step from the car park to the gangway — choose the one that suits you when you book.
Park & Walk
Leave the car in a gated site and walk to the terminal. Cheapest option, no transfer to wait for.
- Keep your own keys
- Short walk to the terminal
- Cheapest option we offer
Park & Ride
A six minute minibus transfer drops you at the terminal door with your luggage.
- Transfer to the terminal door
- Help with luggage on and off
- Runs around the clock
Premium Meet & Greet
A driver meets you at the terminal, takes the car, and brings it back when you dock.
- Hand the keys over at the terminal
- No transfer, no waiting
- Car returned to you on arrival

Step by step
From booking to boarding
Four steps, no account needed, and no card details until you have picked a car park and seen the total.
Book in two minutes
Pick your terminal and dates, choose your service, and pay securely by card. Your confirmation email carries the car park address, the postcode and your arrival window.
Drive to your terminal
No off-site diversion for meet & greet — head straight to the short-stay area at your terminal. For park & walk and park & ride, drive to the gated car park named in your confirmation.
Look for our flag
At the short-stay area, look for the South Cruise Parking flag. Our uniformed team welcomes you, confirms your booking and takes care of the vehicle handover.
Park and sail
Hand over the keys for meet & greet, step onto the transfer for park & ride, or walk across for park & walk. Either way you are at the gangway in minutes.
Drop-off day
On the day you set sail
Arrive at the car park about 45 minutes before your cruise line's check-in window opens. That leaves room for the drop-off, the luggage and the transfer on a busy turnaround day.
- Pull into the marked bayThe team meets you as you arrive and helps with the luggage.
- Quick condition check, then keysFor meet & greet, a brief walk-around notes the car's condition, you hand over the keys and take a collection reference. The handover takes a couple of minutes.
- Keys held securelyYou keep your keys on park & walk. For park & ride and meet & greet they are held securely on site while you are away.

Help
How it works — common questions
How early should I arrive?
Arrive at the car park about 45 minutes before your cruise line's check-in window opens. That covers the drop-off, the luggage and the transfer with room to spare on a busy turnaround day.
Which service gets me closest to the ship?
Meet & greet. A driver takes the car at the terminal, so there is no transfer at all — you walk straight to the gangway. Park & ride is a six minute transfer to the door; park & walk is a short walk.
Do I need to catch a shuttle bus?
Only if you choose park & ride, which includes a six minute minibus transfer both ways. Meet & greet needs no shuttle at all, and park & walk is within walking distance of the terminal.
What happens if my ship docks back late?
There is no extra charge for a delay outside your control. Call the number on your confirmation when you can and we will let the site know to expect you later.
Is my car secure while I am away?
Yes. Every site is gated with number plate recognition, covered by recorded CCTV, staffed while the barrier is open, and run by an operator carrying motor trade insurance. We visit each one in person before listing it.
When do I pay, and how?
You pay in full at the time of booking, by debit or credit card through Stripe. Nothing is added at checkout — no booking fee and no card surcharge — and you see the total before you enter any card details.
